I have a 1983 Chevy Monte Carlo CL that is in good shape. It needs a motor. The body is in great shape. The only thing wrong with the frame is the rear end part is rusted out the rest of it is clean. It has a new radiator and a lot of new parts that come with it. Window seals have been replaced with brand new seals. If you have a good chevy small block then the rest of the parts you will need are coming with the car. Interior is in good condition. This car has a 700R turbo tranny. The Monte has brand new straight pipe dual exhaust. Sounds mean. The only blemishes in the interior is a small crack in the dash behind the windshield and the circle cut outs where I has my speakers installed.
