For sale is a 1966 VW Beetle Coupe that I bought for my daughter, who decided she did not want a manual transmission car. The car is a 4 speed and in very good condition. It has been sitting a few months and could use a tune-up and clean-up of the bright work. Only rust that I have seen is some surface rust on the tailpipes. I bought a new interior for the car, but have not installed it yet. Full new seat covers, headliner, door panels, etc. - cost was almost $1,000. I will include these in the sale. The car does not have a working speedometer, although the one in there is brand new. It needs to be reattached. It needs to have the heater hoses and windshield washer squirter to be hooked up. The speedometer, since it is new, shows mileage as 0. I am therefore offering the car as mileage exempt. There is no radio or speakers in the car. This is a very cool and classic car! It will bring someone a lot of driving pleasure! Please write with any questions. If the car sells for at least $8,000, I will pay to ship anywhere in the US.
