Up for sale is a 58 year old DeSoto that is in excellent running condition for the age. DeSoto came from southern California but I don't have any history before that. Flows with traffic at freeway speeds. DeSoto was converted to a 12 volt system before I acquired it. Everything works except the odometer and I doubt that the mileage is accurate. Also,the heater was bypassed at some point. AM/FM/CD player in good working condition. Recent work includes all new wheel cylinders, master cylinder,replaced rear drums, brake lines,tuneup,coil,carbureator cleanout and fuel sending unit. Brake shoes didn't need replaced but new ones are included. There was a repaint at some point in the past. Small rust spots on the rocker behind passenger front wheel and panel behind driver rear wheel. Also, there is a shallow dent behind driver side rear wheel and on the hood (see pictures). Small chips here and there. The outside of the frame on both sides was painted same color as the car but shouldn't have been painted. I tried to describe the DeSoto the best that I could so if you have any questions just ask. You are welcome to have the car inspected.
