My 1976 Chevy G10 Shorty Van is up for auction. Engine: Strong running 5.7L 350 Transmission: Smooth shifting Automatic THM-350 Carburetor: Quadrajet 4 bbl Steering: Manual Brakes: Disc front/Drums rear Exhaust: Dual glasspacks Wheels: Stock 15" Rally rims with new B.F. Goodrich tires. Odometer: Reads 61529. Not sure if that is accurate or if you need to add a 1 to make it 161529. Over the past few months the following work was done: The rear brakes were completely gone through. New rear axle seals, cylinders, shoes, and drums. New tires. Some still have a little tint of blue on some of the white letters. New radiator and hoses were installed. New diamond-tuck inspired seatcovers, GM seatlbelts, and Mooneyes wheel. New windshield. New dash speaker.Oil and filter change done last week. Floors and bed are solid. All gauges, lights, signals, horn, wipers and defrost work. As shown in pictures, there is surface rust on the hood/surrounding windshield and on the driver's side rear quarter. The passenger side quarter has a small rust hole through it. The rear doors have to be locked/unlocked from the inside as the cylinder that is in it does not match the doors or slider key. Buyer is responsible for arranging/paying for shipping. I can hold the van at my residence for up to 3 weeks from the date of auction close to accommodate. I want to honestly represent this vehicle as best I can and may be forgetting something so feel free to ask any questions you may have and I will try and answer them. Vehicle sold as-is with no warranty. On Oct-24-13 at 16:26:14 PDT, seller added the following information: Forgot to ad that it does smoke a little on startup but clears out after a few trips around the block. There is also no catalytic converter or muffler so if you live in a state that is strict on emissions it will be something for you to consider. There is also a little play in the steering wheel. Not big issues but I feel I should mention them. A $500 deposit by Paypal is due within 3 days of auction close and the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of auction close. Clear title in my name.
