1965 Pontiac Tempest Convertable 215 6 cylinder, T-5 5 speed manuel transmission, this car is a California Rust FREE car. All orginal except transmission and the car was repainted orginal color aprox. 15 years ago. All sheet metal is in good shape, has some minor body work done already. Everything works on vehicle, all lights including trunk,dome lights. all glass is good and window roll up and down easy. Complete front end has been rebuilt with new parts, including new steering gear. all doors, hood and trunk close good and gaps are like factory. all orginal bumpers, crome is ok but are starting to get dull and minor pitting.Grill is in good shape. Has orginal factory bench seat with built-in arm rest. needs new seat covers. Runs good and with the 6 cylinder and 5 speed it get about 25mpg. Trunk is in great shape no rust. Converable top is orginal and in good shape for as old as it is, with one small tare aprox. 2 inchs and the rear window is dull/ yellowing. This is a manuel not power top. This would make a great GTO Clone. I also have a New gto hood that goes with the car. $500.00 deposit within 24hrs. of closing of bid and balance at time of pick-up.
