This 1998 BMW Z3 2.8 Roadster in is very good condition and runs and drives like a BMW - tight, solid, and FUN. This Z3 has spent its life in southern Georgia and Florida, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has just 84,474 original miles on it. Please take some time to have a good look at the pictures and read all of the information in our description. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to email or call us. The exterior is in very good shape. There are no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. Exterior features include fog lamps and alloy wheels. The soft top is also in good shape with no cuts or holes. It is manually operated. The interior is in very good condition. There are no rips or tears in the seats. The carpets, dash and door panels are also in very good shape. There are a couple of hairline cracks in the plastic between the roll bars - very minor. Both front seats have power controls. This Z3 comes with a nice selection of comfort and convenience features. Equipment include power windows, locks, and mirrors, cold air conditioning, a digital clock, cruise control and more. There is some factory wood trim on the center console. Safety features include dual air bags, ABS, and ASR traction control. The original radio has been replaced with a Panasonic AM/FM/CD with wireless remote. The 2.8 liter I6 really runs well. It provides a lot of power for a car of this size, rated at 189 hp and 203 lb-ft of torque. This 2.8 model has about 50 more horsepower than the base Z3, and it is noticeable. This car is quick, responsive and just plain fun to drive. The wheels are all in good shape with no gouges or curb rash, and the tires have good tread remaining. As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer. We do not reveal reserve price amounts, so please don't ask. We prefer to see all auctions through to the end in order to get the best price for a vehicle. We are a dealer however, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back. Payment and Fees We will add a $249 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. This is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, Fed-Exing of packages and other document handling costs. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards for full purchase price. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up (sorry, we do not accept credit cards or Paypal at this time) . If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay applicable sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, you will be required to register the vehicle in your home state at your own cost, including registration fees, inspection fees and sales taxes applicable to your state.
