Vehicle Detail

This is an almost Flawless 06 BMW Z4M Roadster with Only 36K Miles. This is a salvage titled car (I have included the CARFAX Report as images below). This car was in an accident as can be seen in the last few photos below. The fender was crushed, the shock was bent, the wishbone was bent, the front bumper was broken, the passenger side Bixenon light was broken and the wheel well cover was smashed. No airbags were deployed at all. I completely fixed it with brand new OEM BMW parts and I have all the invoices to show this. The car is now perfect and I had it aligned and checked at BMW Chapman in Phoenix AZ. It is now perfect mechanically and aesthetically. Below is a quick summary of the exact condition of the car. At the end of the summary I have included a very detailed description of the repairs that were made to the car. This description is accompanied with 10 photos of the repair and damage. Paint The new Front Bumper, Passenger fender were painted. We also painted the passenger door as well as the driver side fender to take out any previous dings etc. The paint is great, and the only flaw is the hood has some very minor stone chips. Did not want to repaint hood as it is in perfect condition. Everything behind the doors is factory fresh. Body Zero dents or dings anywhere. Perfect body work through out. Fantastic tint on windows. Excellent quality with no flaws. The convertible is like new. Flawless body work. Suspension Suspension works perfectly, the car drives like new and I just did an alignment which was perfect. No squeaks or rattles at all. I also recently received an original BMW strut tower brace of the car, which I installed and have included the updated photos with the installed brace. Wheels/Tires No scuff marks on the 18 inch original alloys. Tires need to be replaced. 3 of them are the original continentals that came with the car. These are from 2006. I think they have about 30% tread depth but they are too old. The fourth is a Michelin which I got with the wheel I replaced from the accident. This is a 2010 tire and has 40% tread. Because this tire is different and newer it causes the car to pull ever so slightly to the right. The alignment is perfect yet the car pulls very slightly to the right, because of the tire difference. Change the tires to 4 new ones. When I bought the car, it was missing the tire repair kit system that BMW includes. I never bought one, but for peace of mind, I suggest the buyer buys this kit. There are no spares, and BMW DID NOT install run flats on the Z4. Engine/Gearbox Perfect smooth as silk running. No issues or faults period. An oil change is due in 70 miles (dash reminder that is why I am this accurate). Other than that its perfect. Interior No rips or cracks anywhere on leather. Interior is like new. Steering wheel is in excellent condition. Electronics Everything works perfectly. Navigation, Lights, Bluetooth, Memory seats and mirrors, Stereo etc... All work perfectly no issues at all including the brilliant auto dimming mirrors. Convertible top works perfectly. I am willing to have the car inspected at a BMW dealer and if anything comes up at the dealer inspection I will pay for it. This has got to be the best salvage car in history. Because of the salvage title you are getting a 9K deduction in price from its Private Party Very Good condition KBB. This car books for 29K. I am an owner not a dealer so no sales tax at all. Just take a look at the pictures and come test drive it. I am sure you will be amazed. I have also included the carfax report as images which shows the history of the car and the alignment report. Call me at 480-559-9988, the car is in Tempe. Cheers Wa-el Rizk Repair Details To explain this I will include photos that are numbered by each point I make here. At the bottom of the photo section you will see each number refer to the photo below it. Use this as a guide to follow my description. 1- Repair 1 Shows the extent of the body work damage to the car. Please note the red circled area. Someone had tried to open the passenger door with the crushed fender interfering and it caused a major ding in the door. This has been fixed and painted and blended in. 2- Repair 2 shows the damage to the front bumper (changed to OEM BMW part, all invoices are available) as well as the damage to the wheel (green circle) which I bought used of ebay and is flawless. But it's not new. 3- Repair 3 shows the extent of the damage to the suspension components. This was how far the wheel had moved. 4- Repair 4 shows the perfect drivers side. This is to highlight how much damage was caused to the passenger side. 5- Repair 5 shows the bent shock from underneath the car. 6- Repair 6 shows the bent wishbone while still on the car. 7- Repair 7 shows the bent wishbone outside of the car. Notice how far the wishbone was bent. 8- Repair 8 shows car with the fender off. Notice the red area. This is the support sheet metal of the fender. This is NOT the frame. The next picture shows the frame. This was a very easy pull and it literally went back to its original shape (and you can't align the fender of the car if this part is even remotely off) as soon as we added some load. 9- Repair 9 shows the car without wheels. Notice the frame is the area underneath the red circled part. If you show this to any body shop they can immediately tell this area was not damaged. Also notice the green circled area. This is the main section that carries the A frame. I circled it to show how untouched this area was. FYI if there is any damage in this section then you immediately crack or smash the windshield. Any twisting in this area will break the glass. 10- Repair 10 shows the bent cup strut tower. This was slightly compressed because the shock and the wishbone buckled. As soon as we added a hydraulic pump underneath this it popped out like a coke can. It took less than 5 minutes to fix this.
