Its a 2000 Formula Coupe, and it is in excellent condition inside and out. In fact, this is probably the nicest 2000 Formula we've seen since about 2001. It is simply remarkable. This is a rust-free car that has obviously been well kept throughout its life. It not only looks great, it runs great as well, powered by a 5.7 liter LS1 V8 mated to a 6 speed manual transmission. Better yet, come by for a look if you can (or send a local friend). This car will sell itself if you do. The exterior is in fantastic shape. There are no dents or dings, and the bright red paint shines like new all around. The paint is all original, and the Carfax report is clean, showing no accidents or any other problems. You can see the Carfax report at the end of the photo gallery. Exterior enhancements include a hood scoop, alloy wheels and fog lamps. The driver's seat has power controls. The interior is almost perfect. There are no rips, holes or tears in the seats, and they really aren't showing any appreciable wear. The carpets and door panels are also in very good shape. No burn marks, no smoke odor. Even the seat belt guides are intact. Yes, this is a minor thing, but you rarely see it - they are usually boken. The cargo area is clean, and you can fold down the rear seat back if you need extra cargo space. Comfort and convenience features include cold air conditioning, power windows, locks, and mirrors, remote entry with alarm, tilt wheel, cruise control and a Monsoon AM/FM/CD stereo with steering wheel controls. The manual is with the car. The 5.7 liter LS1 V8 is rated at 305 hp and 335 lb-ft of torque from the factory. This one adds a K& N Performance Intake Kit. K& N says it adds about 14 hp. Not quite Ram Air, but pretty darned close. See any rot? No? Wanna know why? 'Cause there is none. N.O.N.E. ...nope, no rot under here either. The tires have very good tread remaining. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards for full purchase price. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up (sorry, we do not accept credit cards or Paypal at this time) . If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay applicable sales tax and registration fees.
