THIS 2003 CHEVY SUBURBAN IS BEING SOLD AS-IS!!
This 2003 Chevy Suburban was just traded in to our dealership yesterday and is in great shape for its age and mileage. I’ve driven this Suburban myself and I can attest to how well this truck drives down the road. The 5.3L Vortec V8 Motor runs strong. The Automatic Transmission shifts smooth without any banging or slipping. The Electronically Selectable 4X4 system works as it should in both Auto 4X4, 4-High and 4-Low settings. The Air Conditioner BLOWS COLD AIR and has separate control for the Front and Rear Seat areas!!
The Previous owner upgraded the Wheels and Tires to Deep Dish 20in Chrome Alloy Wheels with new tires!! The Tires are in great shape with plenty of tread left on them. The Truck also has a Billet Aluminum Grill and Upgraded Light Matrix Turn Signals in the Front. There are some scrapes and dings around the outside of this truck, common for a vehicle of this age and mileage. Also, the previous owner did run over some yellow road marking paint, which is in the driver’s side wheel wells and on the bottom of the rear quarter panel.
The Interior is in great condition and was a non-smoker truck, and is free from other unpleasant odors. The carpets are stained and could use a good shampoo. We’ve cleaned them the best we can, but in an effort to keep the cost down for you, we did not have them professionally cleaned. The driver’s side air vent above the light switch is cracked. The dashboard also has some scratches in places.

Here at Haldeman Ford of East Windsor we are a Full Disclosure Dealership. All of our pre-owned vehicles undergo a thorough safety inspection when they come in. We did do a full Oil and Filter change when this Suburban when through our shop. While in the shop, our technicians did note a couple things that may need to be addressed. We want you to be fully comfortable with you purchase, which is why we make a point to tell you everything. Here is what they found:
- As mentioned, there are a few scrapes, dings, and dents around the truck. Please see the pictures for close ups of the major spots that are currently visible. (There may be others).
- Tires have 10/32in tread all around
- Front Brakes were recently replaced. Rear Brakes (Pads and Rotors) will need to be replaced.
- The ABS light is on as the driver’s side front ABS senor wire need to be repaired. ABS still works
- Check engine light on
- Front Axle seals were found to be a little moist with grease on the outsides of the boots, a common issue with higher mileage vehicles.
Again, this is an AS-IS vehicle that is NOT being offered with any warranty.
This Suburban comes with the Original Owners Manuals and (1) Set of Key and Keyless Entry Keyfob.

Payments: A deposit of $1000 by Loan check, Cash (in person) (non-refundable), or Credit Card over the phone must be paid within 24 Hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 Days. If payment is made by cashiers or personal check, we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. All buyers must pay $229 documentation fees, non-negotiable and $85 Title and Temporary Tag Fee.
Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. All buyers must pay $229 documentation fees, non-negotiable and $85 Title and Temporary Tag Fee.
Finalizing Your Purchase: Winner MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".
Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination.
