Listing a 1981 Corvette with 86k miles and orig red/black with a rare 4speed and a Clean title . This car has been off road for the better half of the last 10 years . It has been started and driven throughout the time but not on public highways . It has an orig body and looks to be orig paint as well . Interior is orig as well as 100% stock original motor with no modifications . The car runs and drives , brakes feel ok but not perfect but car can be driven home the way they are . Tires are very good , body looks great but has many chips and scratches and chips ( car was only washed not waxed or detailed for resale ) but still shines well and would greatly benefit from some time cleaning the car . Solid orig frame and birdcage , interior needs a good cleaning but all there . The car runs but running very rich ,needs plugs ( wires were done recently as well as oil and battery ) and the orig carb needs to be gone through ( orig adjustment screws never broken ) and there is a check engine lite on ( there is a plug off the distributor that is un-plugged and when it is plugged in it turns off but car really runs rough if you do that ) . This is a great car to spend some time sorting out a few things but is 1 of 5757 made , last year for a 4speed with 350 and carb and it is a ST. Louis Built car , last year for all that in a red/black C-3 for far under the usual 10k sale price . Nothing hidden , what you see is what you get really no down side here .
