This vehicle is in good condition. I keep it stored indoors and under its car cover. The interior is in good condition with minor issues to the head liner and rear deck. The exterior is in perfect condition with no dents, putty, rust, dings with all the chrome in good condition with no pits, dings or damage. The car is original in all aspects with no modifications. It has the original trunk tire cover plate as well as the wood chalk provided with the tire jack. I believe I am the third owner of this car. I had it re-painted to the original Cadillac color. The wheel covers are original and match the paint. This car travels well with good tires. It turns heads where ever it goes and with a small amount of detail and work to minor issues, this car is collector quality. The wonder bar radio turns on, but no sound. The electric antenna works, but does not operate correctly due to the radio issue so it is left in the down position. The clock works and keeps time. The windshield wipers work but sometimes not. The front anti sway bars have some wear on the rubber, but A frame bushings and tie rods are all in good condition. I have new A frame bushings, sway bar bushings and such for replacement sitting in the trunk of the vehicle. This is not a junk vehicle nor does it have issues that are miss-represented or expensive to address. We are selling this vehicle and others due to the selling of the building that they are stored in. It is stored in Yakima Washington due to the dry climate that is ideal to keep it in good condition. The buyer will be required to place a deposit on the vehicle of 10% of the selling price within 3 working days of the auction close. The remaining balance due on receipt of the vehicle by cash or cashiers check. The buyer is responsible for transport or removal of the vehicle from its stored location. The car can be viewed prior to any bid and can be made by appointment. The auction will not be delayed for any viewing and the 1961 Cadillac shown in the pictures is the actual vehicle and in the condition as viewed. It is the last year that Cadillac built the cars as 100% Cadillac. After 1961, they became associated with the GM and not individualized. There were only 1400 of this model made and the history can be researched easily on the internet. The engine is the original 390cui 355hp with the original single exhaust. All is original.
