NO RESERVE!!!!!! 1978 Chevy K20 4x4 Don't wanna sell but wife made me buy a more family friendly truck. Truck runs great and starts up every time with no problems. Truck is clean for it's age but does have some dings and dents that you would expect for a 35 year old truck. VA Inspection is good until 4/14. Below I have given links of the truck on YouTube so you can see and hear it. * If the truck goes for more than $1800 I will throw in a low profile toolbox as shown in the pictures.* * I have had this truck for about 6 months. I have never had any problems with it. When I shift I have a habit of keeping my hand on stick. The truck has never popped out of gear on me. Recently a friend drove it and told me that third gear was popping out. If you shift and let go of third gear it will pop out of that gear only. I had never had this problem when I drove it and I have a video attached that shows me driving the truck. You can see I go through gears no problem. At the end of the video, I show how it pops out of third gear when driving by letting go of the shifter. This has never been an issue for me but I wanted to be honest on here and let everyone know. 3rd gear is the only one I could get it to do it on. YouTube Videos Interior, Engine Startup, Engine running, and Exhaust 1978 Chevy Truck Driving the truck (You can see driving how it holds in gear when I keep my hand on the shifter and I show how it pops out of gear at the end) Chevy Truck 2 Walk around of the truck Chevy Truck 3 New Parts installed: - Warn locking hubs - Both front axle seals replaced and new gear oil added - Fuel Tank - Pioneer head unit and 6x9 speakers in rear. - Duralast Gold battery - Intermittent Wiper Switch (not installed just got it in mail last week) - Front driveshaft to front axle - Radiator - Parking brake cable Truck has the following: - 350 small block, holley 650 double pumper, Edelbrock Performer RPM Intake Manifold - 4 spd with first gear being a "granny" gear (clutch grabs good) - 4x4 (works great with no problems putting in and out of gears) - Headers to glasspaks with dual pipes out rear - Front disk brakes, rears are drums - Set up and wired for dual tanks but currently only has one tank on the passenger side. - Rearview mirror w/map lights - Sliding rear window - Aftermarket temp and oil gauges Needs: - Parking brake needs to be adjusted. The cable is new but needs to be tightened on drum brakes. - Speedometer Cable. Has the jumping speedometer which is common in these trucks. They are like $20. - Fuel Sending unit has a bad ground to it. When fuel tank was installed I dont believe the ground was hooked up correctly so the fuel gauge always reads 1/2. I was going to finish the cab floor and the truck bed in rhino liner but never got the chance too, so that is why those parts are still bare metal. Truck is a workhorse and fires right up every time. If I didn't need the extra money to help pay for the new truck I would keep it. Clean VA Title in hand.
