1995 Jeep Cherokee Right Hand Drive RHD - Low miles - Mail Tray 1995 JEEP CHEROKEE RIGHT HAND DRIVE Year: 1996 Make: Jeep Model: Cherokee Mileage: 99624 (miles); 160329 (kilometers) Transmission: Automatic Four Wheel Drive: Yes VIN: 1J4FN68SXSL532873 --> This 1995 JEEP CHEROKEE is a much sought-after Right Hand Drive (RHD) USPS mail delivery vehicle. The exterior has the original green paint. The exterior paint has numerous small chips and scratches throughout the vehicle (typical of a mail delivery vehicle). Looks very nice from a distance, but up close you can see all of the paint flaws (that should be expected with an older working Jeep like this one). The engine hood is showing definite signs of paint oxidation and fading. The cloth interior is also original, and in decent shape. The headliner does have a couple small (roughly quarter sized) tears. The steering wheel has a cover on it that is beginning to wear out (easily removed). The passenger and rear seats are in good condition. These are not currently installed but will be shipped with the Jeep. Also included but not installed is the spare tire carrier. I never used it. I always carried the spare tire in the cargo compartment (spare tire will be included). The carrier will need a new bolt to bolt it onto the carrier holder. There is a professionally built mail tray currently in the Jeep. This WILL be included. The tray easily holds 3 mail trays; and if you put them one on top of the other, you can carry 9 mail trays without having to reload the tray. The windows have rain deflectors (weather shields) - these are great in rain or snow. The rear windows have dark window tint (good condition). The windows are all in good shape; no cracks. There is a small rock chip in the windshield; as soon as I got the chip, I covered it with a plastic chip cover (from Safelight Auto Glass - see photo). The chip has been there for a couple years and has not spread or cracked. This Jeep was originally build in Canada and shipped to Japan. It was imported into the US in 2006. I have most of the repair records for the vehicle since it's return to the US. These will be included with the vehicle. The odometer and speedometer are in Kilometers, not miles. The vehicle has just under 100,000 original miles (odometer reading is 160329 kilometers, which converts to 99624 miles). I've been using this Jeep for a Postal delivery route. I am a relief carrier with a route that is 120 miles each day with over 300 stops, mostly over gravel/dirt roads. I only deliver once or twice a week. Works great, but I now have a Subaru that I prefer to drive. The Jeep runs and drives well. It is 4-wheel drive. I have put nearly new tires on the Jeep this week. They are Michelin LTX A/T. These tires have less than 100 miles on them! The spare is a new Goodyear Wrangler RT/S; same size, never driven on. Has A/C; but I haven't used it since I bought the vehicle. Worked then; but I would imagine that it will need to be recharged. I can usually open the driver's side rear door reaching into the inside door latch. I have a real problem opening the rear passenger door; either from the outside or the inside. No problem opening the rear cargo door. Original paint has a lot of chips, scratches and fading. Driver's side window/lock control cover is broken.
