The Honda Del Sol Drives Great, and delivers 35+ miles per gallon. It has been my wife’s daily driver and has lived only in California & Southern Nevada, as shown in AutoCheck report. It is rust free, original paint and in excellent overall condition, however there are minor dents, scratches and paint touch ups considering it is 23 years old, however we have maintained and replaced every major mechanical, suspension and timing belt, therefore it runs great, very reliable and an amazingly fun car to drive. The Honda Del Sol has a removable hardtop that stowed in the trunk and a retractable rear window for a convertible 'feel' (known as Targa Top), however the trunk space is not taken all up by the hardtop, since the top can be moved out of the way, as shown in the pictures to access the trunk space. The top is very light and can be removed easily and stowed, however if you decide to park it without the top on, the glove box and two large bins in the back can be locked with the ignition key. The current accurate mileage on the replacement engine is 75,000 miles since the replacement motor had 45,000 miles when it was transplanted into the vehicle at 150k miles. The engine, automatic transmission, brakes, is in excellent mechanical Condition. It has been very well cared for with proof of parts receipts. We have thoroughly enjoyed this Honda Del Sol Removable Hard Top (Targa) Top Convertible, it is fun to drive, responsive motor, handles amazingly, great air conditioning, a must in the hot desert and gets great gas mileage too.
