ok , i am getting ready to finally leave new york , possibly down to south carolina , toys must go so see my other listings i am putting on here , i am a mechanic that loves his toys , :) this is a 1980 trans am , with the smaller 8 cylinder in it , i have the build sheet and a title , the car has alot of new parts in it , and i sheetmetaled alot of the rusted spots , cut it sheet metaled , fiberglassed and bondod the right way ,. , even shot some 2k primer on it so no worries of the rain , expensive stuff that crap , the car has , new trans filter gasget and trans fluid, and the oil changed with filter , the car has new rear end seals and oil , the car has new plugs tune up and oil filter , the car has new front calipers and pads ,new battery , new blinker switch , has tilt wheel the car has a new radiator in it , the car is rare white and red interior , new headlights , and tail light bulbs , all the lighting is working as it should , and the car runs great and handles nicely the car needs new cables to operate the heat/AC . AC Is not in the car , has the evaporator though so can be put back in it , the car has american racing centerline rims , worth money all in itself . 50s on the rear . tires are still pretty decent , none going flat , the trunk is sloid and theres no rust in the strip below rear window , RARE. needs a little more patch work on the floor boards , BETTER THEN most of these , can be sheetmetaled no need for full pan replacement , so theres no more red carpet in here , the driver seat needs recover , dash 2 thin small cracks , unlike most having huge spidering cracks . both window motors need to be preplaced or power checked to them and to the gauges , haven't had time to get to these electrics, if you have a test light its easy to do and the parts aren't that bad to get and theres a set on here for 100 bucks right now if it is the motors for the windows , not too bad , . I keep the car under cover till I was able to get to this fix. , as i said i went thru all mechaics and spent alot , just cant take all this with me , i have a 78 trans am as well , lol , so keeping that one , any more question s , please call me i am johnny , 516 325 4567 , too much to type out here ,thanmks for looking happy bidding has a new edelbrock carb on it , 4 barrell I have the original I was sending out for rebuild so can mount the shaker properly , its currently zip tied up to the hood , can sell the edelbrock to cover the rebuild as well , the moldings for the rear window are in the trunk , car is factory sunroof , and doesn't leak OHH almost forgot , I had a brand new single exhaust installed from the manifolds back in this car , they came with the fake style like dual , so no different then a single really , so its quiet car , no exhaust leaks , if I upped the motor I was going to do a true dual for the car , the frame rails are mint , no rot , the steering is also tight , , hey its an old muscle car , would love to see someone finish where I am leaving off , and send me pics once its complete :) CURRENTLY REGISTERED , INSPECTED , INSURED , drive it everyday back and forth to work the white stripe on the right side of car is double sided tape , I removed the molding he had on the body line , , y someone would put them on is beyond me , this car I got from the original owner as well , hey its still a second gen trans am , don't see to many of these anymore , and I am listed more then fairly in my price , so hope someone here likes them as much as I do and jumps on this , cause I cant afford to list here again that's for sure , thanks I also have a second nose bumper cover for this car and a second headlight mounting header panel , and other parts dropping the starting bid to $1800 cant afford to list these vehicles again , ebay is a bit too expensive for my taste . so good luck on my car , my loss your gain !!!!
