I never saw the day I would have to sell this car. Unfortunately I have to leave the country and have no place for it. I found this beautiful BMW e30 Cabrio sitting in CA back in 12/2011. The vehicle is 100% rust free. It was parked since 2003 due to a faulty crankshaft position sensor. When I bought it I had a Level II maintenence done to it which included New Timing Belt New Radiator New Spark Plugs New Rotor and Cap Valve Adjustment New Water Pump New Fuel Filter New Air Filter Mobil one NON Synthetic oil (Synthetic oil causes major engine leaks) New Coolant Resevoir New Hoses New Battery Since then this e30 has been my weekend car. I lived in AZ at the time and a few months ago I moved to MI and that is where the car is located now. I rarely drive it and since I will be leaving this beautiful e30 needs a good home. I have always been a fan of rare models and DTM racing so I have slightly modified the looks of the car with some unique parts: Light Weight Aluminum Strut Bar Red Colored Engine Valve Cover DTM mirrors Alpina badged M3 EVO Red Seatbelts The e30 cabriolet was meant to be a cruiser which is why I didnt swap the automatic transmission to a manual. It is a very common upgrade but the A/T takes better care of the 2.5L 6-cyl engine. The engine fires right up without any hesitation. The body of the car is solid but there are minor nicks and some clear coat peeling (on rear bumper). Recaro interior is in good condition. The rear seat has a small rip (see pics). There is a small crack in the dash. The convertible top needs replacement and motors need adjustment. At the moment the top does not work. A/C needs service. The original price of this e30 was $36,320 which was actually more expensive than the BMW e30 M3 at the time! This is truly a rare oppurtunity to own a well taken care of original condition e30.
