This truck was used to pull a fifth wheel camper. It is set up to still do that. I sold the camper ,now need to sell the truck. I purchased the truck three years ago in Mansfield Texas. I purchased the nicest truck I could find at the time. It has never been in winter snow or ice, spent a lot of time in inside storage with the camper when not being used. There is no dash or interior damage from sun, outside the paint is very nice ,never damaged, never repainted. The truck run 10.5 to 11.5 fuel mileage with a total road weight of 21,000 lbs. I used it on a 36 foot trailer.I purchased all 6 tires about 5200 miles ago. they were balanced and I had the brakes checked at the same time.I installed new Autozone diesel batteries less than a year ago. I have not done any work on the drivetrain except oil changes, fuel filter changes and a trans fluid ,rear end grease change when I purchased it.Some people worry about the glow plugs and injectors ,I do not think these have ever been touched but it runs very well and the glow plugs seem to work perfectly.I uses NO OIL in between changes.I change them with a fuel filter at 5000 miles. If you look at these trucks that are from cold climates the lower parts of the fenders ,door steps and floorboards are really rusty and damaged. The salt and sand tear up the carpet and damage paint very quickly. There is none of this damage on this truck. Interior has leather, fold down arm rests, the headliner and seats are like new, all power windows and power seat works as new.Radio ,a/c,gauges all work.Someone has installed three accessory gauges on the A pillar. They are boost, pyro,and trans temp. They all work ,they are installed correctly and look like they should have been factory.The mirrors slide out when pulling a wide trailer also. It has a round electrical plug in the bed for ease of use with a fifth wheel trailer. There is also a receiver hitch on the bumper and it has a round and flat plugs for towing tag along type trailers.The fifth wheel hitch is 15k lb rated, it sets on rails and can be removed just by pulling four pins so you can use the pickup to haul things in. There is only one issue with this truck ,When using the key fob or the unlock button the rear two doors will not lock or unlock. They must be locked and unlocked by the buttons. I was told it was probably a bad wire connection. My wife and I never used the back seat so it wasn't a priority for us. I have had several people look at this truck and no-one has found any reason to reject it for looks or condition. I am wanting $11,000 for it. Kelly blue book is about $10,500 and that is without the gauges and the fifth wheel hitch.This truck is a good buy if you are looking for a nice truck. If all you want is a trash hauler or something to drag your backhoe out of the ditch it is overpriced. I am looking for someone who has been looking and is disappointed with the ones that are out there for sale. The Diesel guys tell me the 7.3 are some of the best out there. The newer 6.0 and the ones with Emission Controls are poor mileage and low power. If you are thinking about Emailing me "whats your lowest price" go back to your facebook page .
