2000 Honda Insight Hybrid, 1.0L 3-cyl. gas engine, 5-speed manual transmission, ice cold AC, power windows, locks, mirrors, Sony AM-FM stereo w/CD, alloy wheels, remote entry w/ key fob (2), books and manuals, service records, 176,418 miles. Motor runs out strong. Tranny shifts smooth. AC ice cold. Everything works and no warning lights are on. The interior is in great condition. No rips, tears, or odors. A non-smoker. The windshield has a crack running along the very bottom, right in front of the windshield wipers, no big deal. There is a worn spot through the carpet next to the gas pedal. The paint and body are very good. There are a couple of small dents and plenty of light scratches/imperfections here or there. Overall, for the mileage, very nice. The tires are brand-new Bridgestone's. Here are some highlights from the hand-written service records: IMA (hybrid) battery replaced under warranty at 77k mi, along with the ECU & power inverter; IMA "equipment" and battery replaced again at 140k mi; upstream O2 sensor (LAF) just replaced; valve cover gasket replaced in Jan 2013, clutch at 108k mi, motor mount at 115k mi; as well as oil changes and brake pads. The vehicle has averaged 54 mpg since new, not bad for a car in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where the AC runs constantly! I noticed a couple drops of oil under the car this morning.
