About the CTS-V, factory enhanced drive train, please read before you bid:

All 2006 Cadillac CTS-V comes exclusively with the high-performance Tremec T56 six-speed, and it’s a stiff shifter. It also takes more pressure to push in the clutch pedal, and clutch take-up is fairly abrupt, making smooth launches a challenge. Your passengers will be keenly aware that you are shifting manually. Likewise, the stiff suspension can cause the car to bob on undulating pavement, a common trait of cars with suspensions modified for racecar handling.

To create the CTS-V, GM pulled the high-performance LS2 V8 from the limited-production Corvette Z06. It generates only fractionally less power than that in the Z06: 395 pound-feet of torque at 4800 rpm and 400 horsepower at 6000 rpm. Those are big numbers. Slam the throttle to the floor and the acceleration is absolutely exhilarating. And that sound! It roars like a Corvette. If motor oil courses through your veins, you’ll mash the gas down at every opportunity just to hear that sound and feel that thrust.

This vehicle is not your Granny's old Llac. This is a high performance, V-series vehicle; Corvette powered CTS-V. Acceleration figures include 0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds with a top speed of 163 mph (262 km). The quarter mile is achieved in 13.1 seconds at 109 mph. As a bonus, the vehicle performance mode is unlocked, therefore, you can enter Competitive /track ready driving mode on the fly. This LS2 V-8 provides CTS-V with racetrack-proven performance, along with smooth, quiet operation and outstanding reliability, durability and quality. Power is delivered through the six-speed manual Tremec T56 transmission that features a dual mass flywheel for reduced noise and vibration harshness.

It has a small scratch (as pictured) on the hood edge. Other than this the vehicle exterior is perfect. Original paint in perfect condition. Inside is perfect except the radio buttons which have the coating worn out, a common issue with the CTS (please see close up picture). No odors.

This vehicle appears to have never been smoked in. This vehicle has no known defects.

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
International Vehicle Wholesalers (Seller) sales are to be held in accordance with the provisions of the State of California laws and the following special terms and conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY OF BIDDERS: High Bidders must be at least 18 years of age. Bidders expressly represent that he or she read and agreed with the Terms & Conditions of Sale posted here. This sale is open to the public. Bidders must register with eBay in order to bid.
2. HIGH BIDDERS May be required to acknowledge the sale and post a PayPal deposit immediately after declaring the sale of an item. If this is required and not accomplished, the item will be re-offered.
3. THE SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY BID.
4. PAYMENT: Payment is required as prescribed in the special terms and conditions available for each sale. In Person Cash payments shall be in U.S. currency. Other acceptable forms of payment may include credit card (thru PayPal only), cashier's check, credit union cashier's check issued by a Federal or State chartered credit union, traveler's check, postal or commercial money order, and properly endorsed Federal, State, or local government checks. A personal or company check will only be accepted when accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing payment. This letter must state that the bank will guarantee the check for a specific amount for a period of 30 days after the sale date, and that it covers the purchase of International Vehicle Wholesalers property only.
5. DEFAULT: You are cautioned to bid only on those items you are prepared to pay for and remove in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale. All Items awarded to you as the high bidder are contractually yours and must be paid for and removed within the time period specified under the special terms and conditions for each sale. Failure to do so could result in termination of the contract and the bidder may also be subject to paying liquidated damages as stated bellow:
   "The purchaser agrees that in the event he fails to pay for the property or remove the same within the prescribed period of time, the Seller at its election and upon notice of default shall be entitled to retain (or collect) as liquidated damages a sum equal to the greater of (a) 20% of the total purchase price of the item(s) as to which the default has occurred or (b) $200.00 or the purchase price of such item(s) if the purchase price is less than $200.00."
6. ORAL STATEMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS: Any oral statement or representation by any representative of the Seller, changing or supplementing the offering or contract or any condition thereof, is unauthorized and shall confer no right upon the bidder or purchaser.
7. WITHDRAWAL OF PROPERTY: The Seller reserves the right to make withdrawals for property offered for sale at any time prior to removal.
8. REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS: It is the Bidder's responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable Federal, State, local, and multi-jurisdictional laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to the registration, licensing, handling, possession, transportation, transfer, export, processing, manufacture, sale, use or disposal of the property listed in the invitation. Purchasers or users of this property are not excused from any of such laws or regulations.
9. Judicial Venue: By entering active bidding for this vehicle, bidder expressly and unconditionally agrees and accepts the following regarding judicial venue:
   In Re Sale of this or any motor vehicle between International Vehicle Wholesalers (Seller) and successful bidder (Buyer), parties expressly agree that the sale is commenced and executed in The State of California County of Los Angeles and furthermore the Parties agree that The Courts of The State of California, County of Los Angeles has EXCLUSIVE and ABSOLUTE Jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between parties related to this above mentioned Sale.
