Vehicle Detail

Nice, frame-off restored all original Henry Steel, 28 Model A ford Rumble seat roadster. Rust free, looks and runs excellent. Body was removed from the frame and professionally painted brown and pinstriped in 2012, the fenders were not repainted as they were good. The quality of the new paint is excellent show quality and the hand pin striping sets off the car perfectly. When the paint work was done lots of the bright work was replaced with new including new radiator shell, headlight buckets, etc. The engine is rebuilt. Starts instantly and runs excellent. The car tracks straight with absolutely no shimmies. This Model A has a very strong engine and cruises comfortably at 40-45 mph, and will do over 50. Gauges function as they should, good battery, stock 6V charging system is adjusted and works as it should. The car stop straight, and parking brake holds well. The cockpit interior is in very nice shape with the exception only of the front seat cover that has several imperfections that keep it from being 100%. I purchased this car from a close collector friend of mine who I have purchased several cars from. The car was previously titled in MA, and is now is registered in NH, inspected and on the road. I have recently driven this car approximately 100 miles in one day. I drove it this past week several days in over 95+ degree weather with absolutely no overheating problems. Tires have almost new tread and do not leak air, even when sitting for long periods. The undercarriage of this car is absolutely solid. The body and fenders are all Henry steel In the Fall of 2012, all fluids were done, and the car received a fresh tune up. This spring she got buffed out and 2 coats of Griots garage "best of Show" wax was applied. The car is always garaged and driven occasionally as part of my larger collection of special interest cars. I will be selling several of them off this summer. Show, cruise, or just drive around town and enjoy this nice 28 roadster with the top up, or down. Just try to drive anywhere without people young and old commenting on how great this car is! I meet so many people and get so many nice comments on this car. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere. Upon completed sale, I will provide a notarized bill of sale. Car is available for local pickup. I will be happy to help you arrange for shipping to anywhere in the continental USA. Please check my feedback and bit with confidence. Please message me with any questions.
