This SUV is in excellent condition! This is a southern California car! It has never seen snow, sleet, heavy rain or wicked weather! This vehicle has been garaged kept and pampered like a spoiled child. It has just about every upgrade available on this top of the line all-wheel drive model. We serviced it every 3,000 miles and detailed it twice a month! We are non-smokers so there was never a cigarette smoked in the vehicle. We purchased this ride right out of the showroom in 2010 for our new family and we have been the only owners since. Recently we had a second child and needed to purchase a larger SUV so we are now forced to unfortunately sell this beautiful black EDGE LIMITED. I will say this with fuel prices continuing to rise and floating at an all time high this vehicle is so easy on gas it gets around 25mpg! Factor that in with the super zippy V6 engine, heated leather seats, Sirius features, back up assist, traction control, all-wheel drive, Bose speakers and a super slick panorama sunroof this vehicle ends up being an awesome, sporty yet classy, affordable, 007-family sedan! The buyer will then have an additional 72hrs to submit the remaining balance by FIRST PRIORITY OVERNIGHT VIA: UPS or FED EX. THESE ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE CARRIERS!!
