Hello and Thank You for viewing my auction. You are bidding on a 1960 Cadillac Coupe Deville BUBBLE TOP. It is a real COUPE DEVILLE not the entry level SERIES 62 2 door. The third digit of my vin is a J which designates a real COUPE DEVILLE. It has 74k original miles. I have a clear Florida Title in my name that has "Actual Mileage" stamped on the title. I have sold my warehouse and am selling off all my collector vehicles. This is a real survivor and very difficult to find another in this condition. The interior still has the original plastic covering the seats from when it was new. The top of the rear seat by the rear window was brown from the sun so I tore off a little of the plastic to make sure the seat was not damaged. You can see the photo showing this and the seat is like new still and the clear plastic really preserved the interior. The interior is in incredible condition for a 53 year old vehicle. The vehicle was painted once back in the 1970's and needs to be painted again to make this car a show stopper. It hardly gets driven but this past Saturday I took it to the local car show and it performed great. With a good carburetor cleaning this cadillac would ride like brand new. The lights all work,turn signals work,power steering is as smooth as when it was brand new. The radio and power antenna still work! The horn works sometimes(loose connection?) The wipers were working a few months ago but did not work when I tried them Saturday. There is a small crack on the passenger door glass but is purely cosmetic and the power windows works perfectly and very fast up and down. You can find these windows on ebay for around $100 from time to time because other gm models fit as well. The trunk still retains all its original interior panels. This is a very solid car and has not been all dressed up with fresh paint and fresh undercoating to hide all the holes like many examples you see for sale. You could paint the hood,tops of the front fenders and the trunk lid and have a very nice cruiser or spend a little more money and do it right by painting the complete vehicle and rechroming the bumpers and then you are ready for the shows. I have included a photo of the underneath so you can see how nice and solid it is. There are no patches,sheetmetal,stop signs riveted in :)..no funny business on this one. Recently had a new starter,new waterpump,radiator recored,belts,hoses and tires are like new.. Somewhere along it's lifetime someone added Eldorado lower rocker trim. These are next to impossible to find today and would sell for over $2000 easily if the winning buyer decided to sell them to make it original. The lower trims really do look nice on this body style. Do not purchase this cadillac if you do not like to be noticed :) I have shipped many vehicles all over the world and international bidders are welcomed to bid and if you have any questions please ask.
