You are looking at a 1980 Honda CR80R factory racing dirt bike. This little "red rocket" is in great shape for its age and it is apparent that it has not seen the abuse that is so common for these bikes. I will try to describe the bike in as much detail as possible, but please refer to pictures to get the best idea of its cosmetic condition. First, the pros:-Runs strong, starts with one kick after it is warmed up. Sounds like a little beast.-Tank is in good shape with no dents and only light scratches/wear-Rims are straight with no damaged spokes and chrome on the wheels looks very good-Original exhaust is in great shape, no dents or rust-It is in working condition in all aspects of operation: brakes, shocks, transmission, etc. Ready to ride! ...and a few cosmetic issues:-The tips are broken off the clutch and brake handles, but they are still usable.-The left side cover/panel is missing-There is a tear in the right rear corner of the seat (pictured) and a very small area where the seam is broken in the left rear corner. Otherwise, the seat cushion and material are in good condition. This bike is for off-road use only and does not come with a title. A bill of sale will be given to the buyer upon pick-up of the vehicle. This bike was purchased a few weeks ago from the previous owner and we have only put a few miles on it to get some fun out of it. Therefore, we do not have a detailed maintenance history on the bike and can only report on what we have seen and experienced for ourselves. If you have any questions regarding any aspect of the vehicle, do not hesitate to ask. If I have left out some detail in the description that you feel is important, please ask about it before bidding. This bike is in used condition (obviously) and is sold as-is with no expressed or implied warranty. Shipping is not offered by the seller on this vehicle, so it is for local pick-up only. If the buyer wishes to arrange for third-party pick-up for shipping, we are happy to cooperate with them. A $300 deposit via PayPal is required immediately upon completion of the auction. If you cannot comply to this requirement, do not bid on the vehicle. The remainder of the payment must be made in cash upon pickup. Personal checks, money orders, or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
