Up for Auction: 1967 Mustang Coupe. An original Georgia Car that has been restored to superior quality. This Mustang underwent an extensive Rotisserie restoration by RPS Automotive in 2011 with every nut, bolt, body panel and component piece removed and refit, refinished or replaced. As much of the original personality of the car was kept as reasonably possible. This is a matching numbers ’67 Mustang that even has the original buck tag! Since 2011 the car has been stored inside and driven occasionally to keep everything in working order. There is no rust on this car, anywhere. Features an electronic ignition, and two barrel Holley carb with electric Choke (we have the original carb and air cleaner if you want them), Otherwise this is a stock engine. (it is not a HiPo even though the sticker says it) · Factory Air-conditioning – The York compressor has been replaced with a modern Sanden compressor and new condenser, dryer, lines, etc. running on R134 refrigerant. Works great! · Factory Power Disc Brakes · Sport Sprint package with appropriate trim and hood mounted turn signals · Automatic 3 speed transmission on the floor · Pebble Beige Exterior with Parchment Interior – Here we took creative license and gave this Mustang a splash of color by tastefully covering the seats, door panels and dash guard in an original year red. · Bucket seats – we fitted the original seats with head rests and utilized the existing three point seat belt arrangement to enhance the safety of the car. (Three point belts were an option in ’67) The buckles retain the aircraft style release. · Tilt-Away Steering – it works but is currently disabled to protect it from damage · New carpet · New Trunk liner · New Gas tank · New fuel and brake lines, as well as new brake rotors (front) and hubs (rear) with pads · Complete dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and cross over · New tires · New window glass · Modern radio with IPOD connection and modern Polk Audio speakers · All chrome and stainless gleams bright with no pitting interior and exterior · All new weather seals · New hoses and belts · New shocks, suspension components and all rubber replaced · All electrics work with no issues · Original dash pad! · 99,000 original miles! · Come and drive it home if you wish Bottom line is that this Mustang starts every time, runs great, drives down the road with no issues, looks good, sounds great, and is a pleasure to be seen in. Georgia does not issue titles on classic cars (20 years or older). If you are located in a title state, generally, all you do is have the Police run a VIN check (which will be clear on this car with no issues) and your state will issue a title.
