**** Do not bid if you are not serious about car. This is a relist due to non-paying bidder who never even came to see car. I will be watching bids closely and cancelling any with negative feedback. If you have less then 10 feedback me contact me first ***** Let me start off by saying you will NOT find a more well documented 944(951) on the market. I have an entire service history on this car . I even have the receipts for the timing belt change at 45k. I have a folder that is an inch thick of service history and performance upgrades. This car drives straight and pulls very hard. This is not your typical stock 951 turbo. As you can see below there have been many upgrades by previous owners to increase performance of the cars safely. Other cars with these mods dyne around 325-350 RWHP. Keep in mind although this car has been taken care of it is still 26 years old. I would rate the paint at 7/10 and interior a 8.5/10 and I a very picky. This is a excellent example of one of porsches finest cars. The engine was rebuilt in 2000 by the second owner to improve performance. He is in engine research and development at Harley Davidson Motorcycle Co. and did a top quality job with the right materials and upgrades. Bigger turbo-charger, new mass flow sensor, chip upgrade, boost bolt and fuel pressure regulator make for a fine performing car. Details of the components used are listed below. The clutch was also done at the time the engine was rebuilt. The car is clean and accident free. The paint is original. The black leather interior is in excellent condition for its age and the dash is in top condition as well. The last owner and I are non-smokers, but I do not know about the first. The carpets are in great shape for their age. The wheels are original with one of the Porsche logo caps missing. The power windows and sun roof work perfectly with no leaks. The paint has a few small chips typical of usage and age. However, as you can see in the photos the paint finish is in fantastic condition. Car is listed locally as well. Auction may end if it sells locally. VIN: WP0AA2952HN150976 **** This car was not driven much since 2000. All work below has less then 20k on parts and maintenance . Some have less then 10k like Fuel pump and Control arms/ball joints (Have all receipts)*** Upgrades Engine & Turbo Rebuilt in 2000 Cylinders ported and polished Wide fire ring head gasket set Injectors calibrated/balanced in Autothority Performance Engineering chip upgrade Stage II Autothority mass flow sensor Porsche 11.951.102KS 944 K-27 Hybrid 4K DME Boost 5 turbocharger Autothority MBE 3 bar Bosch fuel pressure regulator Performance cup clutch Maintenance That has been completed New Battery 2013 (From Porsche) Tech inspection at Becker Service Center Naperville, IL 2004 Replaced idle air control valve Replaced front control arms and ball joints Replaced plugs New tires 2004 ~8,000 miles Kumho ECSTA Supra (f) 225/55ZR16 91W (r) 225/50ZR16 92W Replaced turbo cooling pump 2003 Replaced fuel pump 2003 Replaced right rear bumper guard 2010 Replaced front right turn signal lens 2010 Replaced clutch slave cylinder 2010 (Kurt's German Autowerks) Prior maintenance of note Timing belt 1996 Repack cv joints 82000 miles 1997 Clutch replaced end of 2000 Issues to Mention Rims are original. Could use a refinishing. A/C needs a recharge. I might fix before selling (easy) Small amount of paint chips (to be expected) Radios works. Just does not get the best reception sometimes - tiny rock chip on passenger side front window - tiny smear marks on front windshield from old wipers. It does not affect driver view. They are very slight and will not show up in photos - Drivers sun shade hangs down half an inch lower then passenger side. Im 6'4 and this is not an issue - Floor mats look original and are faded and worn. (no holes. Just worn) - Breaks squeal once and a while. Not uncommon for the 944. But I will pull rear wheel and check pads - Hood shocks don't always hold hood up depending on weather. Cheap part to find on ebay.
