1957 FORD FAIRLANE 500 RETRACTABLE HARDTOP SKYLINER The Skyliner was the most expensive Ford for 1957. Even so, production reached 20,766 units, a remarkable showing for the abbreviated model year. The Skyliner continued into 1958 and 1959, and was then dropped, making this Ford a RARE vehicle! Good.... (Everything is stock!) Power retractable hardtop works great!! Power Steering Driver Side and Passenger Air Rear fender skirts New Exhaust Rechromed Bumpers Runs and drives great! Not so Good... Needs new weather strips. Minor pitting in chrome by side mirror, but you can't notice from 5ft away. One noticeable paint chip by the passenger side door close to the handle. Fine crack in passenger side window.
