I'm selling my 1992 BMW convertible M-technic appearance package car, with only 116,000. PROS: The exterior is blemish and dent free and is still bright Alpine white and at some point in time was repainted. All the Vins match excluding the Driver's fender ( dot r). All of the body kit pieces are in Excellent shape. The front valance is free from cracks, rock chips or scuffs. The front & rear bumper are also in excellent shape and are also free from blemishes. The lower side skirts are in good shape with the exception of two clips on the drivers side which I have ordered from BMW and should be here before the car is sold. The top is original power which is in operable condition except the bonnet needs to be lifted manually but the canvas is free from splits, tears or damage and the rear window is only 3 weeks old. The Interior is lotus white leatherette ( not leather) in new condition with no stains, rips or imperfections of any kind. The dashboard is nearly perfect with exception to a small crack thats about a quarter inch in the coin tray. The carpeting is still soft, grey in color, stain free and looks like new. The A/C blows ice cold and all of the fan speeds work on the blower fan. The Motor is in awesome running condition and still pulls strong with only 116,000 miles on it. All the major services recently performed which included all fluid flush and top off, water pump & thermostat service, radiator flush and timing belt service which includes the valve cover gaskets. The Automatic transmission shifts smooth into every gear without any gear slap, slipping or issues of any kind. CONS: The tires are at about 55% of there tread life an I would suggest replacing them. I will be selling the car with all of the keys, original stereo code, books & owners manuals, LO-Jack, current registration until Dec of this year, clean carfax in hand and a california smog certificate if the buyer resides in California.
