I HAVE LISTED THE CAR WITH THE PRICE THAT IM WILLING TO LET THE CAR GO FOR, SO ONE BID WILL WIN THIS CAR!! IF IT DOES NOT SELL THIS TIME AROUND IM PARTING OUT THE CAR LOCALLY ONLY OR I WILL BE BUYING A SI SHELL ON CRAIGSLIST AND SWAPPING EVERYTHING OVER! LAST TIME YOU WILL BE SEEING THIS CAR ON EBAY DONT LET IT PASS YOU BY! I have a 2000 Civic Si real EM1 not a clone this is a real SI...1 owner car!. Now the car is a salvage title non repairable title meaning the car can not be registered here in california, (READ MY Q & A IT WILL EXPLAIN MORE IN DETAIL THE TITLE SITUATION) you maybe able to register it in another state but you would have to check first. Once again you can not register the car in california and is pretty much a parts car. This car is worth more in parts then what im selling it for. just the engine swap with trans is about 2000 if you find a legit swap. I am not parting out the car please do not ask! selling it as a whole only! This car needs TLC and a new home! MOTOR AND UPGRADES This civic Si is complete, has the stock B16A2 no knocking or smoking, skunk 2 intake manifold, aem cold air intake (needs filter and clamps the tube is only there) no name 4-1 headers, cat back exhaust. Stage 3 clutch engages hard but still drivable. No grinds on any of the gears. The car runs but has not been driven for years but it does drive will need to be towed! needs a new battery. Has a/c and power steering, the belts are missing and there is no freon in the lines so i cant guarantee the a/c works. I have new motor mounts for the car just needs to be installed, mounts will come with the car. Exhaust is a no name exhaust but sounds pretty nice! INTERIOR All the interior is there, all the seats are like new, all the door panels are nice, all the windows works, sunroof works. original si cluster is not there, the previous owner kept the cluster and put a dx cluster. Missing the lower cover on the steering column, in one picture it shows the cover. I dont know where it went but the cover is missing, that is the only part that is missing from the interior BODY The body is in good condition just needs paint it has a few dings nothing major, if you are gonna use this as a parts car you dont need paint. paint is no good sun ate up the clear on the roof and trunk. The dings or dents that i seen are passenger door there is a small dent about 2 in. On the rear quarter there are some dings on the upper quarter nothing major. Doesnt appear to have any frame damage, only the right passenger apron seems to have any damage which is pictured, rest of the car seems to be fine. has aftermarket hood, fenders and bumper not oem but do fit good! Paint on the rear bumper is peeling off, front bumper needs hardware to attach correctly. Headlights are black headlights, has yellow foglights. Rims are 17 inch, rims are 2 rims are bent but do hold air. tires are decent. Do not have the wheel locks for the wheels. Im selling this car as a parts car for someone who needs the car for parts or would like to register the car in another state. another option is to take it to mexico which you can because I talked the officials in mexico, all you need to do is pay fees. The car is worth alot more in just parts alone! I have all the paper work for the car CAR WILL HAVE TO BE TOWED! Yes the car will turn on and the car will move back and forth. The motor mounts need to be replaced and the rotors have surface rust. Car must be towed! Mounts on the car right now are old they are holding up the motor but they need to be replaced, will come with new mounts Q: Why was the car a Non Repairable salvage instead of a salvage title. A: I have no clue, im not the insurance agent that claimed it as a non-repairable salvage! Im selling this car as a parts car only! If you can register the car in another state great but im selling it as a parts car only! Check with your local officals if you can register the car in your state if thats what you intend to do with the car is make it a daily driver before you place a bid! This is what the title reads on the actual title, it sounds like maybe you can register this car, CALL DMV and make sure you can register the car before you bid! VIN number is on the auction does not have plates The vehicle described herein has been delcared a total loss salvage vehicle per CVC 11515 and may not be registered without a vehicle identification number (VIN) inspection per CVC 5505 and a brake and light inspection. In addition a certification of compliance (smog) may be required. To Transfer ownership of this vehicle the seller and buyer must complete the reassignment on the back of this certificate. CVC 11515 requires the seller and any subsequent sellers that transfer ownership of a total loss vehicle pursuant to properly endorsed salvage certificate to disclose to the purchaser at, or prior to, the time of sale that the vehicle has been declared a total loss salvage vehicle That is word for word what the title reads, now to my understanding it seems all you need is a vin inspection, brake and light and smog, I will call DMV my self and check to see if this is true and if thats the case i will start the registration process myself but the cost of the car will go up and the car maybe taken off ebay. I highly suggest calling the DMV and reading what the title states or maybe even CHP can answer some questions regarding this. Q: Is the motor and transmission in good condition A: Yes the motor is very strong, and the transmission has no grinds all the gears work! Q: Can I come look at the car!
