Up for sale is our family 1977 Riviera camper (not Westfalia) The difference is the following: full bench adult bed below (not 3/4 length) and full roof pop top, not at an angle, this means 2 adults up top and 2 adults down below sleeping. We are selling the van because we are not getting much use out of it and both of our work demands a lot from us. We sold our 1979 westfalia a year+ ago and ended up getting this one because of the upgraded storage and functioning fridge. Finally- a bit of history, Riviera was a company based out of the pacific north west who like Westfalia did their own conversions directly from the VW factory- the advantages of the Riviera is the roof pop top going straight up and synthetic pop top tent. The other noticeable advantage is the full bed down below- westfalias can sit 2 people max, this can seat 3 full sized adults in the back and has seat belts for them, also sleeps them more comfortable when the bed is folded down.
