Here's a 1967 Ford Mustang that I need to sell. It was originally purchased for my 21 yr old son who preferred buying a running 1971 Datsun 240Z over restoring the 67. I myself am currently in the later stages of restoring my own 66 so our garage space is limited and the 67 has to go. It comes with a 351 Ford Windsor V8 engine and a C4 transmission, both need to be rebuilt. The brakes still work. I would strip the car completely and address the sheet metal first. The car needs a new frame rail, shock tower, two rear quarters, new front floor pan, trunk needs a patch on the right side, but besides that nothing major. Obviously you will see the usual rust that is prevalent in these cars but rust-thru only shows in the front right floor pan, the front right frame rail, the right side of the trunk. If I decided to keep the car, I would have the car blasted and primed. I have lots of used interior parts for the car that were taken out to start the restoration process. I won't be listing every part separately (too many to list) but if you'd like to see the car and all of it's parts you're welcome to. Most are in plastic bins inside of the car. I also have the seats front and back and windows front and back... I think the front windshield has a small crack in it. It is currently in my attic and I remember seeing a crack when it was removed (probably can be fixed). Obviously this car needs work but it is a true classic 1967 Mustang that would have cost you $1000 initially. If you have the space, time and of course some money, you will eventually have a sweet ride. The car is currently sitting on my property with a 7 layer waterproof cover on it. (no space in garage). It is well protected from the elements but i'd rather not have it sitting outside too much. If you'd like to see the car, just drop me an email. I am not responsible for shipping.
