This is a 1986 Toyota MR2 that has been set up for Circuit Racing and I believe it was in a stock class(the motor looks untouched). To my knowledge there us a lot of work done to the suspension, there is a welded in roll cage, and the whole thing has been gutted. Aluminum racing seat. Hoosier slicks all the way around. Chrome header pipe. I got this at a donation sale and I have no idea of what all the parts are put in to this thing. Please check out all the pictures to see all the work that has been done to this car. Car starts and runs like it should ...no surprises... There are no headlights, odometer, or turn signals. This is not street legal. We Reserve the right to end this auction early. This vehicle is for sale on our lot.DP is a "solo racing" class in the SCCA. These are timed races against the clock around a series of pylons. This actually looks like a reasonabley well prepared starter race car. It likely could run raod coarses in SCCA or NASA as well. The specific road racing class would depend on the specific modifications done to the car. It also could run in Chump car racing.
