Up for bid is a 2000 Porsche Boxster. It is equipped with the 2.7L 6 cylinder and 5 speed automatic transmission with tiptronic controls. The car runs and drives great. The engine runs out smooth and the transmission shifts flawlessly. All gauges and lighting function properly. The radio/cd player work properly. The top goes up and down as it should and does not have any tears in it. The brakes are like new at all four corners. The tires have 8/32 tread up front and 6/32 in back. The wheels are in good shape with only having one little scratch on the drivers front.. The interior is in decent shape. It does have scratches on the console and arm rest on both sides. The leather seats are in great shape. Now, the bad part. The exterior does need attending to. There is what looks like hail damage on the passenger door. Its barely visible unless looking at the right angle, we could not even get it to show in the camera. It is there though. Then, it looks like a previous owner had a tire come apart on the drivers rear as there are scuff marks around the wheel well and a dent in the front of it. This is in the pictures. Third, the rear bumper needs repainted. The paint is cracked in one spot. The drivers front fender has a couple drings as well. Most of the issues can be PDR'd. the front fender and rear bumper will need repainted. The reserve price has this taken into consideration. It is priced thousands below KBB's lowest price. It does have a clean Autocheck with no accidents, prior salvage, etc. KBB prices this car at $12,512 at fair condition up to 14,262 for excellent condition.
