For sale is my 1968 Dodge Monaco two door with a 383 motor. This was Dodge's top of the line full size sedan in 1968. The car is in great condition, and you will not find another one anywhere. There are a few Polaras and Newports left but you will not find another Monaco anywhere, I have looked. This car looks and drives great, I drive it on the weekends getting tons of complements. Most people don't know what it is. The interior is in great condition (9 out of 10), seats are excellent with no tears, new carpet, dash is great, head liner is perfect, rear dash perfect, door panels are great. The inside of this car needs nothing. The engine is a 383 four barrel and starts and runs strong. 727 transmission. You could not ask for a better running classic. This is a big car and the 383 pulls it around nicely. The paint and top are in good condition. Chrome is in good condition. All of the trim is there, nothing missing. This car is 99% rust free. Rockers, trunk, floors, fenders are perfect (100% rust free!). There is one little bubble on the paint on the top of the rear quarter. No body work needed with this car. Listed below is all of the work that has been done (in the past 6 months). It is very difficult to find parts for old c-body mopars, and this car does not need anything. I could probably part this car out for more than I am asking, but I would rather sell it as whole since it is in such good shape. I prefer cash but will consider trades.
