2000 Dodge Intrepid with MOTOR NOISE. 139XXX miles. Cold A/C. Well cared for car for year model. Power windows functioning properly. Upon short test drive, it sounded like it may need a brake and rotor or two. Was not inspected...just heard a growl when applying brakes. Not sure the extent of motor damage, but it is making a ticking noise then a knocking noise and back and forth. Starts fine and tranny seems too shift as it should. The pictures show the following..... 1. A small rust spot over the drivers door, (that is the only rust I spotted on the cars exterior) 2. Rip in drivers seat cushion 3. Gouch on the interior door handle of left rear door 4. The letters "N' and "E" are missing on the INTREPID decal on the trunk. The main thing is there is a NOISE IN THE ENGINE. I suggest you trailer or tow home. You are welcome to come by and drive and inspect at 2813 Fairlawn Ave. Dunbar WV 25064. Monday thru Saturday 9am to 4pm or anytime by appointment.
