Selling my very well maintained CR-V, that was purchased brand new in 2005. Full time all wheel drive automatic transmission, very clean, non smoker owned. Ice cold A/C because I just had a brand new a/c compressor installed and the complete a/c system gone through. The a/c should give years of trouble free service now. The brakes have also been recently replaced. The tires are matching Bridgestones with approx 80% remaining in the rear and approx 60% remaining in the front. The interior is fresh and clean with no stains or rips and the exterior shines like brand new. There is NOTHING that needs to be addressed with this CRV and it has been utterly reliable. We are selling because it has not been used very much in recent years and an extra vehicle is no longer needed. I have priced this BELOW BOOK VALUE at a firm price of $9950. THE CURRENT KELLY BLUE BOOK VALUES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Private Party value for "Good" Condition $11454, Private Party value for "Excellent" condition $12204. I would say that the condition is realistically between "Good" and "Excellent". PLUS, I have spent over $1000 on the A/C and brakes that the next owner will not have to do. PLEASE, no dealers.
