1979 POWER WAGON Original surviver If you’re a fan of the legendary Dodge Power Wagon, you’ll want to own this truck. This 1979 Dodge Power Wagon (short-Bed) has lived in dry Texas since sold new. The truck was recently bought from the original owner. It is a original survivor truck with only 74,XXX original miles. The truck offers a 360 V8 four barrel with a 727 Automatic Transmission and four wheel drive with a four position transfer case with loc-in-low and loc-in high to really get through the hardcore stuff. Also AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Winch and Duel Fuel Tanks. I’m guessing it holds about 56 total gallons. Even the in dash Air Conditioning blows ice cold. The outer body is extremely straight and solid with NO signs of rust issues anywhere. The truck still sports the original paint and POWER WAGON graphics. Awesome! Inside its as close to new looking you can get for a 79 model original. There are no found rips in the original seat, the door panels are fantastic, there is not even one crack in the original dash. The original radio still works as does the “add on” 8 track FM/AM player. It has a rear slider window and all the glass is good. It also sports a factory roll bar and dealer installed sun-roof. The tires have good tread but are old. All the lights work except the remote control spot light on the roof. The power seems to be disconnected to it, perhaps a fuse is blown. This is a fly in and drive home if you want too truck!
