1968 Corvette Convertible D055/AC080 Clear Title. 29376 Original Miles. Numbers Matching 427, 400 HP, 400 Turbo Automatic. Tri-Power (3- Holly Carbs) engine code T 1002 "IO" No A/C. PS, PB, AM/FM Radio. This car was purchased as a used car in 1972. The car was originally painted factory "Silver Stone", but when purchased in 1972 it had been repainted White. We do not know why, or history. Black Top and Interior. The car has been in storage for at least 30 years. We have done minor service on the car to allow us to start the engine and do basic inspection. A major tune-up would be necessary. Car starts, runs, but the brake system needs to be serviced/replaced. Tri-Power carbs should be rebuilt, chokes are not working correctly. Interior is in fair condition, no rips or tears, needs to be cleaned. Top is in Fair condition, appears to be original, back window is discolored. All Glass is good. Front Grill is brooked and Wiper Door Actuator is broken, see photo. Paint is in poor condition, needs to be repainted. No major body damage. Underside of car is Fair with surface rust. Car can be picked-up in St. Louis County,MO. 63123. This vehicle is being sold as " Estate Sale George "Dutch" Fuchs".
