Up for auction is my 1965 chevelle sedan 4 door. I am the 3rd owner, and have documentation from original owner.  I bought it from a friend who got it from the original owners family after the original owner passed away in the mid 1990's.  woman bought it new in VA back in 65 and it was garage kept through her entire ownership, when she passed her son tried to give it to his 16 yr old daughter  who i think was less than thrilled.  After she siad no to it my freind bought it from the family around 1996-7,  he kept it in his garage or at his auto shop. I bought it from him when he retired last august he didn't want to take it to his beach house and have it root away.  I had planned to do a simple resto mod type project with it so i could easily get the kids in & out of the back since its a sedan.  Like all great plans it has yet to get done! Me having a 3yr old & 7 month old isnt helping progress!!! car is very solid & about 95% original, 2 small spots of rust on truck floor smaller than a dime & some bubbling just under the rear window is all I can really see.  95% of the car is original lacquer paint, someone re-cleared the sail panels but don't see why they did. the back glass has started to leak a little  I have build sheets, pre inspection sheet, & protecta plate in the owners manual. All the sheet metal & trim on this car is GM and in good shape.  I replaced the heater core as it was weeping a little last year when i got it & removed the non working clock & installed a factory style tach from ausleys in its place, I also purchased the gauge cluster from them to convert over from dummy lights for water temp, oil, volts but haven't installed. The car is in great shape & runs and drives well.  I'm running out of room here at my house and for the past few weeks its been sitting outside instead of my garage so I would rather see someone have fun with it the way it is or build a cool car instead of it going to waste in my driveway.  Car is being sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied  Any questions feel free to ask any & all questions, Matt 240-286-2710
