Vehicle Detail
1963 Falcon 2 dr LOW FAIR RESERVE - unlike similar cars Ive seen on ebay. We want to move our cars to new homes. The last time the car changed hands it only had 30k miles on it The last owner put aprox 8k miles on it in the last few yrs.We got the clear Az title known as a BOX A title showing ACTUAL MILES which helps prove our claim. I drove the car home at nite a few weeks ago. Starts right up and for a 50 yr old non restored car, it wasnt too bad. But it ran a little rough so I put a new cap and rotor on it and it runs better.I prob needs some new plugs and wires too, maybe a carb rebuild while you are at it. INTERIOR:some sun damage as you may expect for an Az vehicle. Although some heat damage has taken its toll over the yrs, plastic pieces brittle and vinyl showing their age. But its very complete, comfortable for a daily driver. Pretty rare Radio Delete car. Carpet is original and easily the worst part. Dome lite works, but stays on when you close the doors. I temp removed the bulb. Many pics to show. Exterior: White paint has to be 30 yrs old. Okay for a driver but its really showing its age and it wasnt done that well 30 yrs ago.As far as I know all the sheetmetal is 100% original. Sideglass also is all good. Think I saw a chip in the windshield. Stainless trim inside and out very nice for its age. Bumpers okay, but chrome not so good there. Trunk lock was removed because we didnt get a key for it. But it does come with the car along with the chrome horn ring too. DRIVETRAIN:Original 170 ci motor and auto transmission runs and feels good with no smoke or weird noises from the motor. Manual choke works, and suggested when its cold.Although, the exhaust pipe is missing a 12" section so its pretty loud at the moment. Steering decent for a car this old, but the brakes need attenion. Pulls hard to the right on a hard stop.Remember its not a restored car. With a little brake work etc, it could easily be a daily driver.I just drove this car home at nite about 5 miles across town a few weeks ago.Tires are wrong size and baked, so dont expect too much there. Being an Az car the floors and trunk etc are very clean with some surface rust. Mild rust on the dr side floor. This car has never seen a salt road. DSO is 75 which in most cases has always been PHX AZ. Car was built in San Jose, CA. It wouldnt take a lot to restore it and in the end its only going to go up in value. What more could you want.Check out over 100 pics below, be patient and let them all load. LOW FAIR RESERVE dont miss out !! I WONT END THE AUCTION EARLY / LOW FAR RESERVE Az cars are well known for being the easiest and best cars to buy to restore. Great trim and hardly any rust even after all these cars due to the arid hot climate, our older cars are more like time capsules most of the country isnt use use to seeing for sale. If it doesnt meet reserve, email me anyways if still interested. Either way it would be a great car to restore I think back to stock. Probably the BEST represented Falcons on Ebay. Shows you all the good as well as any bad. If you treat yourself to buying one of our cars, youll never buy a bucket again from anyone !! Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. Doing restoration on this type of project is less labor intensive which means overall cost is less too ! With less horrid surprises later on. Dont let other auctions with little to no pics try to fool you. With other auctions, you really dont know what to expect until you take the car apart. We have a good shipping source too if you need help there. Clear original AZ TITLE in hand. BUT the title was not notorized by the last seller. We are working on getting that fixed this week. IF WE CANT, We will have to apply for an new title Which can take 8 weeks. Either way if the car sells the new owner will get a clear AZ title, it just may be 2 months for the MVD process to get it IT WONT EVER BE A PROBLEM, LOOK AT OUR FEEDBACK ~~ CAR MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 14 days of auctions END ! we can no longer store cars for anyone !!
