1993 Geo Metro, which was my daily driver for the past year and a half, best gas mileage of any vehicle I have ever owned. The range is somewhere around 45 or 50 mpg. A year ago last November a deer jumped out of the woods and landed on my hood,as shown in the pictures the hood is dented. The deer also broke my windshield, which has since been replaced with a brand new tinted windshield to the tune of $231.00 The right front control arm has been replaced last February which was a couple hundred dollars, and the frame was welded in 3 places, to pass the safety inspection. The vehicle is registered currently, but not inspected. Always reliable, has never failed to start and it runs like a top. This vehicle is a 3 cylinder, 1 liter. This is NOT a smoke free car, and my dog usually ride shot-gun, so there will be dog fur and smoke in the vehicle, heck, the ashtray may even be full. The car is being sold as is as shown actual photos of the actual car. I am NOT a used car salesman by any stretch of the imagination, nor am I a mechanic. This vehicle has been very reliable transportation for the past year and a half. The rocker-panels have a couple holes in them. There is a spare tire and lug wrench & jack in the trunk (hatch-back) The front tires are in new condition, the back tires are worn. There is NO rear windshield wiper, the defrost both front and back work. The passenger side window rolls down but it takes two hands to roll it back up, the driver side window works fine, both doors lock. The mileage is 153826. The car is front wheel drive, the tires are 12". There is NO shipping for this item, but I will help with anything I can do to get it to the winning high bidder. In fact, If you get your paper-work in order registration, plates, (tags) etc. I will pick the winning high bidder up at the Portland Maine jet-port, or the bus station w/ in 50 miles. The car MUST be removed 30 days after auction ends which is the buyers responsibility. The car is located in Ossipee NH. It does run like a clock, there are no engine knocks, it shifts very smooth (it is an automatic) It has a whole lot of pep and does 60 mph down the highway like a V-8 only a lot cheaper. This little car has been touted as the first smart car invented. VERY economical to own and operate. There are a few cosmetic issues, like scratches, dings & dents as shown in the photos. The head-liner is in very good condition no sags, or wrinkles. The hatch back gas shocks that prop the trunk lid open don't hold the trunk open (up) anymore, but I use a small vice-grip(as shown in the photo) which works just fine.
