This bike is in very good working order. Never been wrecked. Good independent and dealer maintenance has been done on it since I've owned this bike, which has been since 2010. I'm the second owner and purchased it from Bob's BMW in Maryland. The engine runs incredibly strong and transmission shifts smoothly, too. The brakes are in good condition front and rear and the tire tread is still good although there is some slight cupping on both front and rear tires. Clutch is smooth and engages well and the bike tracks perfect. The chain (much better than stock), was replaced after I bought it and has maybe 2,000 miles on it. There's an aftermarket touring-style windscreen installed but, I have the original to go with it and also a Accumen brand electronic shift indicator to let you know with cetainty which gear you're in. It's installed with soldering to the back of the instrument panel and is very secure. This was done by a professionally by a local shop and can be uninstalled. It has no mechanical defects that I'm aware of. The body has a couple of defects in the form of a 2"tear in the left front fairing underneath. It's somewhat hard to detect actually and could be fixed with some type of tape put behind it and smoothed out. There's a dent in the tank which is concealed by a tank cover and has been ever since I've owned this machine. It's not large at all, maybe a couple inches. Hopefully, the photo is clear enough. The bike could use a little detailing, not much really. The bike is due an oil change and I'll try to take care of that before the sale. If not, I'll inform new owner. The buyer is responsible for shipment. I'm selling the motorcycle because I bought another one and don't need this one. However, this is a great bike for someone looking for a fast, stable motorcycle and I hate to see it go. Thanks for looking and contact me for any further info.
