Vehicle Detail
No Reserve!! Offered For Sale is this Nice, Real 1979 Ford Ranchero GT with 98k Original Miles on the 351 V-8 Power Plant. Great Paint Scheme if you are a Raiders Fan!! This belonged to an 80 Year Old Retired Mechanic Who Passed Away Late Last Year, And I Bought It From His Estate Recently, Clear Title It is signed off with a copy of Letters of Testamentary From The State Stamped, from the Son The Legal Personal Representative of the Estate and a copy of his Driver's License a copy of the Owner's Obituary and a Receipt from the Garage that did the Service on the car, ready to put in your name! It has Great Body And Paint except for a spot on passenger side of primer, a couple of scratches on the driver's door. Inside has an Interior That was redone at a cost of $900.00 including Ranchero Floor Mats, and New Mufflers and Pipes with Chrome Tips that were $600.00 ($1,500.00 ) And The Rear Air Shocks Work Great and Look It Too. The Bed looks like new, no dents, no rust, nice and clean paint overall. Have driven over 250 Miles and it purrs down the Highway. Heat Works, Horn and Lights, No Radio,(add your own sound system) The Cruise Does Not Work, The A/C Blows Fairly Cold. Intermittent Wipers, Interior Lights, Power Steering, All The Gauges But The Clock Work. You can tell this Ranchero was babied and cared for. I wanted to keep it and add it to my collection, but in my enthusiasm for this nice ride, and reluctantly so I can keep my 1962 T-Bird, I had to choose, the Rancheros will have to go.(We Have a 3 Car Garage and right now there are 5 Cars here, planned on building an extension but it is not allowed) A 1972 Ranchero is listed ending when this auction is scheduled to start. Something has to go,and it's not my Bullet Bird!! Our Association says I can't store cars for extended periods of time on the street. And I think this car along with the other Ranchero should be Garaged. Winning Bidder will also get a box of extra parts some of which includes an Extra Pair of Tail Lights, 2 Front Grills Complete, Chrome Surrounds and an Extra Used Clean Windshield. Take a look at the pictures, I am hoping it will go to someone who would appreciate it. I can get it to the nearest shipping facility in the Seattle area for you if you choose to have it shipped. I will work with you. I will hold the vehicle if you need time. After that if you have not contacted me and picked the car up then you will forfeit the deposit of $200.00 which is due no more than 48 hours at auction end. I am selling the vehicle As-Is No Warranty Expressed Or Implied, and have done my best to describe and photograph it as accurately as possible. Please ask questions and make sure this is the vehicle you want. No Refunds, All Sales Are Final!! It is 34 years old and not a brand new car. If you choose to drive it from the West Coast to the East Coast or through Pike's Peak it's a great running car and I am pretty sure it can drive anywhere, but I won't make any Guarantees like that. I am just being realistic. Thank You and Happy Bidding!! If Paying Via Bank Draft, Please Note Nothing Will Be Released Until Funds are Verified and Cleared, Not Before Then!!! I have taken the Ranchero to Pro Auto Of Redmond, WA. on 2-25-13 For A Complete Inspection and Service. Oil Changed, Tire Rotation, Radiator Serviced, Ignition Wires, Battery( 1 year old), Brake Fluid and Water Pump, O.K. Brakes Are at 90%. Gas Tank Topped Off and Fuel Treatment Added. The Car Is Ready To Rock 'n' Roll!! Only the driver's side sun visor is a little messed up, and you get a little wind noise from the window seals on the driver and passenger windows. In The Interest of streamlining communication and to help any potential Buyer as best I can, Here is my direct phone number, I can take calls from 8:00AM to 11:00PM PST or Text Messages (425) 440-1481 Just Bid And Win It!! Please No Calls Or Messages after 11:00 PM PST!!! ** Please Note I am Re-listing Due to Previous Winning Bidder being given 14 Days to complete transaction and not being able to do so!!** On Mar-24-13 at 10:39:49 PDT, seller added the following information: I Goofed at the beginning of the Ad for this..instead of No High Reserve it came out No Reserve, There is a Reserve, and it is Low..far below the NADA of: Original MSRP $6,289.00 Low Retail $3,946.00 Average Retail $9,742.00 High Retail $13,122.00 On Mar-24-13 at 17:04:09 PDT, seller added the following information: Check Out The Only Other One Here On Ebay right now that has a Buy It Now of $12,000 it has the Magnum 500 Style Wheels and Updated A/C and Stock Radio but that's the only difference besides the color of mine. Also this one I am offering has about 36,000 miles and $8,000 Dollars less with My BUY It Now!! It's not perfect but pretty darn nice!! On Mar-26-13 at 08:04:30 PDT, seller added the following information: A couple things that came to mind and hardly worth mentioning, but wanted to because I feel that any potential bidder should be told of anything that does come to mind, The driver's door needs a small adjustment, you have to close it hard to close all the way. I washed the bed out really good, in the photos it looked like little area of surface rust, it was not..it was dirt. It's clean and shiny. It's the nicest bed I have ever seen in a Ranchero with exception of one that was a restored show car. On Mar-26-13 at 08:15:21 PDT, seller added the following information: For Tax/DMV Purposes the purchase price is noted at $800 which will save money when it is registered, also in Notary States all the proper documentation is here for someone to register the vehicle, I threw in a copy of the obituary as proof I wasn't telling one of those "Little Old Guy" Stories. I hope I have helped out in every way possible to make this an easy decision for someone who wants to add this nice ride in their driveway. Again any questions, please email me or call me at the number listed. Glad To Help.
