Just in time for spring! Original owner. Never in any accidents. Clear Title. This low mileage 2003 Limited Edition James Bond “007” Thunderbird is Carfax certified. It is #238 of 700. We were told of the 700 only 400 were sold in the US. This “007” Limited Edition commemorates the first appearance of a Thunderbird in the James Bond film franchise. The “007” edition has a unique white leather interior and a distinctive Coral paint scheme to match the Thunderbird driven in the Bond film “Die Another Day” by Halle Berry. This “007” edition features a number of performance enhancements which include the new variable intake camshaft timing for the 3.9-liter 32 valve DOHC V-8, which helps boost horsepower from 252 hp to 280 hp while simultaneously improving fuel economy. It has electronic throttle control for improved power train response and refinement. A Select Shift five-speed automatic transmission can be shifted like a manual transmission, but without a clutch. Front and rear coil springs, Front and rear stabilizer bars, Short and long arm front and rear suspension, Four-Wheel independent suspension. What all this means is the car rides like a cloud and it has plenty of smooth power for passing and get up and go. The Limited Edition '007' Thunderbird stands out with its Coral body finish and a Performance White removable top. Neiman-Marcus Special Edition Chrome 21-spoke, 17-inch wheels match the A-pillar and trim accents. The Performance White interior package includes full leather solid white seats. Shortly after buying the car we bought several Frett cotton bath towels and had a third generation auto upholsterer custom make seat covers. We had read that wool could discolor the white leather. The car has all the parts it came with including: the cart/cradle for the white hardtop and its dust cover; the “T” handle for tightening down the front connection for the white hard top; the CD explaining how to install and remove the hard top; the convertible top “boot” which is put over the top mechanism when in the down position. The boot can be folded and stored in the front of the trunk. I found six small nicks – two on the hood, two on the driver’s side mirror and one on each door edge. Check the pics. We are also including a 1:18 and 1:43 scale models MIB. My wife picked up the 1:43 when she was in London. So you are getting three T-Birds(only one driveable)! Probably did see some rain but never any snow. This car has been a real joy to own and drive. We hate to get rid of it but I am retiring and we have to sell off some toys. Beautiful car beautiful condition. There were no options available for the “007” edition. All 700 are identical. Many “standard” items on this car are options for the regular T-Bird line.
