I have a 1958 BMW Isetta 300 Export version for sale I had hoped to get the rejuvenation underway by now, but life happens. And that "happens" part has put me in a bad way and I need CASH FAST! My loss is your huge gain. I have other Isettas and 600s, this one MUST GO ASAP! CLEAR TITLE! Kept in heated facility. I bought this car because it is in nearly original condition, with as best I can tell, no major restoration attempts... We're talking original seat, window rubber, glass, interior panels, tires,... all of it, clean, almost pristine and mean. I don't mean at all to claim this car is perfect... It is not, but what it needs is more of a catch-up on routine and typical Isetta maintenance than a restoration. This baby drives... starts right up, no hesitation and drives well. Did I mention the brakes are already done... new lines, cylinders and master??? Did I mention it comes with a COMPLETE repair manual and a very, very rare ALL COLOR SCHEMATIC!?!? Fewer than 50 are known to exist on the planet! It needs shifter bushings and steering bushings. The sunroof also needs replacement and a new center bow. The car would want some paint work to be nearer to perfect, but probably not an entire paint job. If I was going to keep the car, I would at the least, also do a valve job and update it to the BMW R60 motorcycle valve train. If you are hunting for an Isetta, THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT!
