I am selling my 2000 Ford Excursion 4X4 Automatic 4R100 transmission, 6.8l V10 with 155,475 miles, NV273 electric transfer case, Ford 10.5 rear axle and Dana solid front axle with manual hubs and 3.73 gearing. Power windows and locks and Power and heated mirrors. Leather interior with a few cracks and stains on the driver seat. The truck was running fine until the engine cut out coming home from work one day. The truck has power but will not crank by turning the key. It will crank from the starter solenoid though. I think it is a grounding issue, as the battery has discharged. The front windshield had begun to leak, so it may be somthing to do with that as well. No mechanical issues. I was driving it 30 miles minimum every day for the past 2 1/2 years. I drove to Massachussets and back just before it stopped running. I had a lift kit on the truck that I just took off. It was a 6.5" pro-comp that I will be selling seperately for $700. You can see pictures of the truck with lift in the last 2 pictures. I have 3 other vehicles in the driveway and really don't need this truck anymore. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. The truck is worth quite a bit as parts alone, but I don't want it to come to that. Investigate and fix the electrical problem and have a nice, HUGE SUV, or convert it to a diesel.
