1968 Corvette All Numbers Matching!!! Original 47769 Miles!!!! There is No Rust located on the floor boards, frame and wheel wells!! Car is Rust Free!!! This is a very solid and True Numbers Matching 327 CID Engine and Muncie 4-Speed Tansmission Corvette. The Corvette has been in storage since 1984 (approx. 29 years)!!!!!!! The Corvette has the high performance Original Numbers Matching 327 CID/350HP factory optioned engine (See photos of VIN number stamped on engine). The engine sounds very nice and strong. The intake manifold was upgraded with a Edelbrock Streetmaster intake manifold and 750CFM Edelbrock carburator. The ignition system is all original. The engine compartment looks very original with no modifications. Has original cooling system with its original “Harrison” radiator reserve canister. The corvette’s exhaust system was at one time upgraded with exhaust headers and side mounted exhaust pipes!! The Corvette has its original factory equipped Muncie 4-Speed transmission!!! (matching VIN number is stamped on transmission: See Photos). The transmission operates/shifts good! The Corvette came in its original Cardova maroon color with factory option T-Tops!! There is zero rust on the corvette. All floors, frame and wheel wells are solid!!! There is one left front fender gill that is cracked/broken but can easily be repaired/patched. All other body is very original and in good condition!! The Corvette has been in storage for approx. 29 years and is very solid but will need to be painted and restored. I have replaced the gas tank due to it being very dirty with slight corrosion in the inside. The Corvette started right up with no issues!! The Corvette also has its very own original wide oval “F70-15” Firestone Super Sports Spare Tire. Has nice 15 inch rally wheels with nice center caps and rings. Tires are in ok condition. Has original “Astro Ventilation” glass windows. Has original factory equipped removable rear glass window!! Original Steering Wheel!! Original seats! (will need to be reupholstered). All original dash and gauges!! Original stereo!! Has new fuel pump, gas tank and fuel sending unit. (gas tank straps are new but need to be tightened down). Spare tire carrier is missing hold down bolt. Odometer shows 47769 miles! Engine runs good but will need brakes checked due to being parked for years . Serious bidders only!
