Vehicle Detail
This is my truck, I feel it is in nice condition for being 20 years old. I had it repainted a while back because the original paint was peeling. The paint in the bed is original and in nice shape. The odometer reads 49,000 now. I am not the original owner but the previous owner told me it was correct and sat on the side of her house most of the time, they used to move their boat around and then it sat most of the time. but have no way of proving that. But you can see from the interior there is no wear on the seat etc. Truck is original with 3.42:1 positrac rear. I drove down to the Carolinas last year loaded with gear cruise set at 80 and got 22-23 MPG. Mechanical mint. Exterior very good except I dented the right rear quarter panel last year after having one to many drinks at the yacht club. There is no bondo on the truck. There is a little rust starting on each rear wheel opening. No rot anywhere else that I can see. The frame has scale rust on the exterior channels but it is thick metal I put a coat of rustolium on it a year ago. But if it does not sell I will clean it up a use POR then it should be good for another 20 years. Every thing work original radio, cruise, AC etc. Some times the electric door locks do not pop up. so you have to reach over to the passenger side and lift the lock manually or use the key from outside. That's the only thing that does not work perfectly. I know these trucks I have another one and I love them both. But just bought a 59 Chevy pickup and have to sell this one because of space. Assume that the pictures make it look better than it is. Thanks for looking
