hi there ok up for bid is a 1997 dodge dakota sport 4x4 this is my dads truck but i have done most the work on it so i will tell you as much as i can but if you have other qustions please ask and i will try to answer the best i can this body is in real good shape no rust but if you look at the pics in the front end you will see a missing driveing light on drivers side that came from a deer strike and that was the only dammage so it nevergot fixed and in a few other pics you will see the passenger side front and notice the missing fender flare and the missing inner fenderwell there is a story behind that the truck was driven home from work one night and the next morning that is how we found it turns out there was a 6 week old kitten that crwaled up in the bay and the dogs herd something they went into attack mode trying to get to it as a result the flare and the innerfender was the casulty i have never seen any thing like that before or heard of it but belive me or not its the truth the tires have about 7500 mi since they where put on the 4x4 works good now the bad in a atempt to clean the cooling system there was a chemical added to it what ever it was it turned the antifreeze into a soft looking paste this was done with out me knowing about it till he said it was getting hot i took off the cap to find that so to completely remove it the moter will need to be taken out and hot tanked baked and rebuilt or replaced all together the same will need to be done for the radatior i would say the trans still shifts but has been getting weak i had gotten priceing for both and he would rather sell and go with something else so if the truck sells it will need to be towed or put on trailor if you have any qustions please ask i will get back soon as i can
