409 MILES - ORIGINAL OWNER - THIS BIKE IS MINT THIS IS THE REAL DEAL FOLKS!!! - 1999 was the last year of the best TIGER Triumph ever made. I bought two of them that year, one served me as my primary everyday bike and we travelled all over together. In my opinion this was one of the best motorcycles ever made. I have already sold my other Tiger but I saved this one for last. It has been ridden twice. First in 1999 when I brought it home from the dealership. It was then parked in a heated showroom and became part of my private collection. This fall I took it outside again, rode it to the dealership, had it serviced and the had the battery replaced, and rode it back home. That's why there are only 409 total miles on this beauty. I have been a motorcycle enthusiast for almost 40 years and have owned hundreds of bikes and this is one of my all time absolute favorites. Unfortunately, my aging knees have finally grounded me, and I am selling the last of my collection. The bike is 100% perfect, looks like it did on the showroom floor in 1999, and carries the best color that the Tiger was ever offered in. It starts right up and runs like a brand new bike. The oil was changed at the last service this fall. The tires are original and still have the factory nipples on them. This bike has never been dropped, crashed or repaired. This is a time capsule and will serve someone wonderfully as a daily rider or as part of a collection. Why pay $13,000.00 for a new Tiger when you could own this virtually "new" bike for a fraction of that price. Shipping is available as long as you arrange it entirely. There are many shippers available that will transport this bike anywhere in the country. I will not crate it or pallet it, however, I will be happy to meet the shipper at my loading dock and help load it. This bike is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time. Finally, please do not ask what the reserve price is as that would defeat the purpose of having a reserve price in the first place. I urge you to take a close look at the pictures before bidding. I make my best effort to take well lit high quality photos that accurately depict my listings. In fact, my photos are hi-res and tend to show any flaws quite clearly. The bikes actually look better in person than they do in the pictures. I have been buying and selling on ebay for many years and I have 100% positive feedback and a perfect satisfaction rating.
