Up for sale is an extremely solid 1947 Plymouth Business Coupe. I have owned it since last summer and bought it from South Dakota, the previous owner bought it from Nebraska. It is super solid. I dont think anyone could find a better candidate for a street rod. That was my intention when I bought it. Someone has already fitted it with a Ford 9" rear end. Otherwise it is unadultered. It has no interior, engine or transmission. The front fenders are as solid as can be as well as the rear fenders and grill. It comes with 2 hoods, one black and one red. The red one is from a 1947, so it has the sought after hood brace. The frame is terrific, someone has already had it painted at one time. I have 2 dashes, one with gauges, I have front and rear bumpers and lots of interior parts. I have all of the window garnishes, extra windshield glass, and lots of extra stainless trim. It will need, the back glass and one of the quarter windows which are flat glass, so they are cheap to buy. It is not known by lots of people but chrysler cars from the 40's had very good front ends from the factory, so there is no need to update them with another front end . Basically drop your choice of engine tranny combination, some interior and paint and you are almost there. I would love to finish her but I have to get back to reality and realize I have way to much going on to finish it. I have good clear title in my name ready to be transfered. I have lots and lots of parts to go with it, such as some extra fenders and doors, hood, wheels, etc that the new owner can keep or resell whatever you want. 90% of the floors look as solid as a desert vehicle, but will need a small patch in front section of passenger side near the rocker. there is also a hole a little bigger than a silver dollar at bottom behind passenger door rocker, I have included pictures of both. The trunk is solid as a rock I would have taken a picture but I have it jam full of parts, if anyone wants one I can clean it out and send one. These body styles look awesome fixed up and it deserve to be done buy someone, I am an honest seller and the buyer won't be disappointed.
